How to connect a long chip conveyor which we made it into 2 pieces

Installation instruction

1. 1.     Open the wooden case, take out every section of chip conveyor. Please notice the sign marked on the flange and put two sides with the same sign together.(We marked them with A B C by marking pen, A matches A,B matches B,C matches C, see below drawing)

 

1. 2.     Install support. Make sure completing all supports installation under the chip conveyor before connecting the chain.

2.1 There are 7 pieces supports in total and every support has specific mark(we marked them with 1.2.3.4.5.6.7 by marking pen),you can install them one by one from the end of chip conveyor to the head, and from the number 1 to number 7).

 

1. 3.     Connecting the chain.

 

3.1 Please start from the end two sections which marked A on the flange.. Adjust the space of each section, ensure the distance between each part is approximate 300 mm as the above picture appeared.

3.2 Unfasten the iron wire which connected the lower and upper chain, put the lower chain of two section together first, thread a axis to connect them, then install cotter pin on both sides of axis to fasten.

3.3 Connect the upper chain with the same way.

1. 4.     Connecting the body of conveyor.

4.1     After the end two section chain finished which marked A, then can go for the body connect.

4.2     Drag the chain of other side which has not connected to make the chain straight and move the body together, install the sealing strips then coat the sealant.(Because of the sealant belong to prohibited articles, we can not provide it, you can get it from your side)

4.3     Screw the bolt to fasten the body.(see below drawing)
